Delivery Methods, Costs, and Timelines:

• Standard Delivery: £5.95 (free for orders over £250*). Estimated arrival: 3-5 working days.*

• Specific Regions: For deliveries to the north of Scotland, areas outside the UK mainland, and Northern Ireland, standard shipping costs £12.50 per 30kg box, with an additional charge of £4.95 for each extra 30kg box. Please email us before placing your order.

• Oversized Boxes: Any box exceeding 1.2m incurs a minimum charge of £15.00 unless the order total exceeds £250 (excluding VAT), in which case delivery is free.

• We do not deliver to PO boxes.

Damaged or Faulty Goods:

• If your items arrive damaged or faulty, we will accept the return and cover the cost of collection. Please contact us first to arrange either a collection or the provision of a postage label for returning the goods via the Post Office.

Unwanted or Incorrectly Ordered Goods:

• If you wish to return items due to a mistake in ordering or because you no longer want them, you may send them back to us at your own expense. We will issue a credit for the returned goods, minus the original postage costs, provided the items are returned in their original condition.

Credit Processing:

• A credit will be issued once the returned goods have been inspected and confirmed to be in the condition they were originally sent.
